The Pre-Primary section of The Star School celebrated Green Colour Day with great enthusiasm and joy, marking another milestone in the academic year 2024-25. The day was a vibrant affair, symbolizing growth, harmony, and freshness—values that resonate deeply with the young minds of our school.
Children and teachers came dressed in various shades of green, transforming the campus into a lush, lively garden. The classrooms were adorned with green-themed decorations, adding to the festive spirit. Activities like leaf printing, green object identification, and storytelling sessions focused on nature engaged the little ones creatively.
The highlight of the day was the Nature Walk, where students explored the green spaces around the school and learned about the importance of trees and plants in our lives. Through songs, rhymes, and fun games, the significance of nurturing and protecting the environment was instilled in every child.
The celebration concluded with a take-home craft activity—a lovely green sapling as a reminder of the day and a promise for a greener tomorrow.
Green Colour Day was not just a celebration of a colour but a lesson in harmony with nature, leaving a lasting impression on our future caretakers of the planet.
